Jason was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in 2000 after having previously being admitted in New South Wales and to the High Court of Australia. He has been a proud local Gold Coaster for over 20 years after relocating from the country but is still a country boy at heart. Jason commenced the practice in Southport in 2006 following an extensive period in the local area commencing in the early 90’s. Jason’s career background entails appointments in two local firms as well as in house roles for large franchises and commercial entities alike. In 2005 he became prominent in the legal profession for commercial litigation and property services. In fact, we are still referred work from other professionals given our expertise in these areas relating to property litigation actions, corporate structuring and insolvency/bankruptcy planning.
