JGY

JGY stands for Jigeyun and is the consolidation brand of a Shenzhen-registered international logistics company. It specialises in personal parcel forwarding from China to Australia and New Zealand, with two operating points in Shenzhen: one in Bantian, Longgang, near Xuexiang Metro Station, and one in the Fuyuan industrial area of Fuhai, Bao'an.

The service follows a clear sequence. Customers use the Shenzhen warehouse as their delivery address when shopping on Chinese platforms, and each arriving parcel is logged under the customer so arrivals can be checked. When the customer is ready to ship, the warehouse combines and repacks the items for the chosen route, weighs the shipment and confirms the freight charge.

Both sea and air routes are available. Sea freight suits larger, heavier quantities of everyday and household goods that are not urgent, while air freight suits clothing, electronic accessories and documents that are needed sooner. Once dispatched, shipments can be followed by tracking number through warehouse departure, international transit and local delivery in Australia or New Zealand.

Customers are mainly Chinese families, international students and small online sellers in Australia and New Zealand. A Chinese-language website lets customers read about the shipping process before ordering, and anyone sending food, cosmetics or battery products is encouraged to check the right route with customer service first.
