JGPW

JGPW operates from Burwood in Sydney and is represented on current residential and commercial real estate portals. Its agency work includes marketing property for sale and lease. Residential listings include apartments, while commercial listings extend to industrial property, offices and showroom premises. The agency serves enquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords and people looking for premises suited to their needs.

Commercial property enquiries call for a different set of considerations. Industrial buyers or tenants may focus on loading, usable floor area and vehicle access. Occupiers of offices and showrooms may place greater weight on fit-out, client access, parking and the surrounding business environment. Lease length, permitted uses and ongoing occupancy costs should be reviewed carefully with the appropriate professional advice before a commitment is made.

For rental property, the needs of landlords and prospective tenants have to be balanced. Owners should clarify expectations for advertising, inspections, tenant communication and day-to-day administration. Prospective tenants need sufficient information about the location, facilities, conditions of occupation and lease documentation. Clear responsibilities can make the application and handover process more understandable for everyone involved.
