JAM Web Services

JAM Web Services is a Melbourne software development company focused on custom enterprise systems, medical education platforms and the digitisation of complex operational workflows. With more than two decades of delivery experience, the team builds both industry-focused products and tailored applications for organisations whose processes cannot be handled effectively by generic software. Healthcare, clinical training and education are established areas of expertise. Custom development covers business applications, web platforms, mobile functionality, ERP and CRM-style systems, integration and data-driven workflows. Projects begin with organisational goals and existing processes, followed by a defined project plan, functional scope and technical design. Development then moves through structured implementation, regular progress reviews, testing and go-live. Centralised systems can replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected tools where users, permissions, reporting and workflow need to be coordinated. The company’s g.prime and h.prime platforms demonstrate its long-term medical education capability. g.prime supports GP training management and related workflows, while h.prime is designed for hospitals, universities and clinical training environments with placements, assessments, competency tracking, ePortfolio and reporting.
