iHR Australia

iHR Australia specialises in workplace relations, workplace behaviour and complex employee matters. Operating from Melbourne, the firm provides investigations, mediation, HR advisory, policy, performance support, training and outsourced HR. A distinctive part of the business is its work on independent workplace investigations and behavioural issues that require careful, objective handling.

Workplace investigations can be used where employers are dealing with complaints, misconduct, bullying, harassment or other matters that require structured fact finding. The process can help organisations gather and assess information before making management decisions.

HR advisory, policy and performance services support broader day-to-day people management. Clear procedures and manager communication are particularly important when performance or behaviour concerns arise. Training helps managers and employees build stronger understanding of workplace behaviour, leadership responsibility and people-management expectations. WHS support adds another layer to workplace risk management.

iHR Australia is well suited to organisations with complex employee-relations needs or situations where an external specialist is valuable. Its work can be reactive, such as investigations and mediation, or preventative through training, policy and outsourced HR. The overall focus is on workplace conduct, relationships and management capability rather than routine HR administration alone.
