IEpoch Express

IEpoch Express supports buyers arranging shipment of goods from China to Australia. Its consolidation service links receiving, storage, inspection and packing with international forwarding and local handover.

Orders from different sellers can be gathered before dispatch. Customers can explain which items should travel together and whether original protective packaging needs to remain. The packed shipment, rather than individual shopping orders alone, provides the information needed to confirm the forwarding arrangement.

Australian contact facilities include warehouses in Moorooka, Brisbane, and Springvale, Melbourne. Customers should confirm the collection or delivery option applicable to their consignment and check the relevant handover details before shipping. Larger purchases may require particular packing and receiving arrangements.

The service addresses overseas shoppers, students and traders purchasing Chinese goods. System-based customer support, a telephone line and email provide channels for enquiries about receiving, packing and shipment coordination, helping connect domestic purchases with their Australian destination.
