IDEAL Placements

IDEAL Placements has been proudly supporting individuals and local communities across the Mackay and Capricornia region for over 30 years. We believe meaningful work can change lives, and we’re here to help people access the training, employment, and support they need to thrive. We’ve grown into a dynamic, community-focused organisation offering a range of programs across 10 locations, with flexible delivery options for more regional areas. We tailor our services to meet individual needs, while offering real choice and pathways to employment.
