Iconic Homes & Construction

Iconic Homes & Construction is based in Cleveland and focuses its residential work on custom homes, new-home construction, knockdown rebuilds, duplexes and townhouses across Brisbane and Redlands. Its portfolio covers more than one development scale: some clients are creating a single individual residence, while others are using one site for two or more dwellings.

Published projects include a knockdown rebuild in Raby Bay, custom homes in Cleveland and Thornlands, and duplex and townhouse work in Gordon Park. A single custom or new home can be shaped around the household brief and the constraints of the block. A knockdown rebuild is suited to owners who want to retain their location but replace the existing house entirely. Duplex and townhouse projects introduce different site-planning considerations, including the relationship between dwellings, access, privacy and the overall use of the land. The team’s combined residential construction experience is applied according to the particular project type rather than treating every site as the same product.
