HY Express

HY Express, known in Chinese as Huayang Jiyun, is operated by a supply chain management company registered in Zhengzhou. Its receiving warehouse is in the Taiwan Science and Technology Park on Xingang Avenue, inside the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone and close to Xinzheng International Airport. Zhengzhou is one of China's major air cargo hubs, which is why the company's service is built mainly around air freight.

The core business is parcel consolidation from China to Australia. Customers shopping on platforms such as Taobao, JD and Pinduoduo enter the Zhengzhou warehouse as their delivery address. Each parcel is signed for and matched to the customer's account, and once everything has arrived the customer submits a shipping request. Several parcels are then combined into one, with excess cartons and filler removed to reduce the chargeable weight.

Because long-distance transport can be rough on packages, the team reinforces shipments where needed, adding cushioning for fragile items and corner protectors or straps to cartons. Shipments then leave by air in scheduled batches and are handed to local carriers in Australia for final delivery, which makes the service a good fit for time-sensitive parcels.

Most customers are Chinese people studying, working or living in Australia, along with small shop owners buying stock in modest quantities. Cosmetics, medicines and battery-powered products should be discussed with customer service before ordering, so parcels are not held at the warehouse.
