We are Home Loan Solutions, a Willetton mortgage brokerage operating through Fungroup Enterprises Pty Ltd. Our brokers, including Dave and Vesa Mcaully, assist first home buyers, investors and self-employed applicants. We compare home and investment loans, low-documentation products and suitable personal or vehicle finance, helping clients prepare documents and understand lender conditions.

We begin with a conversation about the purpose and timing of the proposed loan, together with the client's income, deposit, other borrowing and repayment budget. We then compare relevant lender criteria and the documentation needed for a possible application. Once an appropriate direction has been chosen, we help organise identity, income and property records, respond to questions from lenders and explain the next steps from preliminary assessment through valuation, formal approval and settlement.

Our service continues beyond the initial transaction. Borrowers may return when employment, family finances or property arrangements change, and we can discuss whether their existing loan remains appropriate. We explain relevant product features, costs and the longer-term responsibilities of repayments. Loan eligibility, rates, fees and approval depend on the lender's current requirements and the customer's individual application.
