HELLO PEOPLE

HELLO PEOPLE operates from Perth with a focus on custom business systems, integrations and legacy modernisation, with a strong focus on removing duplicate data entry and disconnected workflows. Projects begin with practical operating scenarios, identifying which processes should be digitised and which data needs to connect before product structure and engineering are finalised.

The delivery mix includes Custom Software development, Mobile App development, API Integration & development, System development. Custom software is shaped around the organisation’s own rules and processes, reducing the workarounds created when generic tools do not fit. Mobile application development extends important workflows to phones and tablets for customer service, field activity and internal collaboration. API integration connects finance, CRM, operational or third-party platforms so important data can move between systems under clear business rules. Business system development turns approvals, tasks, records and operating rules into connected workflows instead of scattered manual steps.

Complex requirements are divided into manageable versions, bringing the highest-value functions into use first and allowing later stages to respond to real feedback. Existing platforms can be improved through targeted redevelopment, interfaces or gradual migration, retaining useful business logic while reducing restrictions created by ageing technology.
