Hart Architects

Hart Architects is a Perth CBD practice established in 1995 and providing architecture, interior design and master-planning services. The studio works for government and private-sector clients, with experience across commercial buildings, residential and property development, retail and interior environments, together with contract and project administration.

Early project work begins with the client brief, site conditions, functional requirements and development objectives. The service extends beyond concept and appearance.

Mixed and development projects frequently combine design, planning, technical and commercial questions. Hart Architects uses architecture as the organising discipline, carrying early ideas into coordinated documentation and construction.

Professional services can include architectural design, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation, feasibility design and interior architecture. Hart Architects develops these stages around one design direction so that early decisions become information suitable for approvals, coordination and construction. Hart Architects can remain involved from early design through technical development and construction documentation. Key decisions are tested with clients and consultants so that complex information is resolved into clear architectural outcomes.
