Harrisons

Harrisons is an East Brisbane human resources consultancy operating since 2009. It works with organisations that need experienced HR capability without necessarily building a full internal function, bringing recruitment, employee relations, compliance and organisational development into one practical people framework.

Its work spans day-to-day HR consulting, recruitment and onboarding, policy and compliance reviews, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning and leadership development. Services also cover workforce reviews, organisational redesign and support through restructuring and redundancy processes.

Harrisons can operate as an ongoing outsourced HR partner or be engaged for a defined people project. The team starts with the organisation's operating context, workforce structure and existing practices, then translates employment obligations and people risks into workable management processes rather than relying on generic documentation alone.

The consultancy supports SMEs as well as larger and community-based organisations. Its East Brisbane office provides a local base, while advisory, training and project work can also be delivered remotely, giving Queensland employers a combination of local access and flexible ongoing support.
