Goldenview Construction

Goldenview Construction operates an Australian office at Floor M, 60 Archer St, Chatswood NSW 2067 and works across residential construction, commercial building, shopfitting and project coordination. The broader business also has New Zealand activity, while Australian clients are supported through the Chatswood office. Customers planning a new build, renovation or commercial fit-out can use the Chatswood office as a local point of contact to discuss the project purpose, property type and intended delivery outcome. The company presents residential, commercial and shopfitting projects. Residential work can include new homes, customised builds and renovations, while commercial work can relate to shops, offices and other operating spaces. Before construction begins, a project normally needs a clear design scope, budget direction, site information and programme, followed by coordination of materials, trades and site activities. Commercial projects also need to consider practical movement, equipment, customer use and opening deadlines, making construction coordination especially important. Goldenview Construction describes planning, design, financing and construction as connected parts of the building process. Customers can therefore approach the team at different stages.
