Founded in 2019, by Myotherapist Jesse Kingsbury. MYO WELL was previously known as the Palpation Clinic. The renewed direction was born out of a vision to offer an integrated approach, to best meet our communities well-being needs. We found having multiple practitioners and a movement studio as part of the one centre to be in-line with our goal to provide accessible care. Our strength based approach is about empowering you to learn the tools that allow you to feel more ease in your body. At the heart of our practice is the intention to maintain an intimate wellness centre, where you can expect to be greeted with a warm friendly smile. Our aim is to work with you to discover the very best version of you. With the help of our incredible practitioners and convenient range of services – Myotherapy, remedial massage, pregnancy massage, podiatry, strength and mobility, yoga, pilates, prenatal and postnatal yoga/pilates classes.
