Across environment and water, mining and resources, engineering and technology, senior management and technical white-collar positions, Gather Recruitment uses industry networks, direct outreach and candidate conversations to build a focused search. For Gather Recruitment clients, this helps reach credible people beyond inbound applications and gives specialist or time-sensitive roles a clearer path from brief to shortlist.

Gather Recruitment works with SMEs and larger organisations on new roles, team expansion, key replacements and project workforce needs. Gather Recruitment's Perth office provides a local contact point for Western Australian clients.
