FQ Finance

We are FQ Finance, a Perth mortgage brokerage based in Osborne Park. Our broking and client support team includes Dylan Donoghue and client liaison manager Amirah Adams. We work with people buying their first home, reviewing a mortgage or arranging construction finance, taking the time to explain the options and manage the application process from an early conversation through settlement.

Our process begins with a discussion about the client's objective, timing, income and existing borrowing. We help organise financial and property information, compare potential lenders and explain the terms and costs that matter for the planned transaction. Once a direction is chosen, we support document preparation, lender questions, outstanding conditions and settlement arrangements, keeping the client informed about the next step.

Our assistance can continue after settlement if employment, family circumstances or property plans change. We can review existing arrangements and discuss the costs or limitations of refinancing. Rates, fees, eligibility and approval depend on the lender's current policy and the individual application. We do not guarantee an outcome or a lowest rate, and encourage independent tax, legal or investment advice when needed.
