Elcom

Our founder, John Anstey, started Elcom as part of the incubator, ATP Innovations (now known as Cicida Innovations). ATP Innovations was co-founded by leading Sydney universities, with an aim to support those working on technology that cannot easily be replicated. Though, when we began in 1996, Elcom initially worked on revolutionising the tax industry! Elcom advised the Australian Tax Office on strategies for e-tax and helped develop the first online tax return system, and in doing so, saved countless hours for millions of Australians when submitting their tax returns. From there, John steered Elcom to be a leader in the Web Content Management industry in Australia and Elcom became one of ATP Innovation's success stories.
