East Coast Painters began in 1968 after Bradley McDonagh and Phil Birch completed their apprenticeships with the then known Baker Brother’s Painting contractors. Brad and Phil went their separate ways, with Brad marrying Catherine and continuing to build and strengthen the company. They built a solid customer base across the residential, insurance and building industries. Charlton inherited his family’s strong work ethic and from a young age he was inspired to master the art of painting. He took over East Coast Painters in 2006.
