Design Plus Drafting

Design Plus Drafting is based in Marrickville and works on new homes, extensions, additions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, retail and shop projects, and DA or CDC packages through a building design and drafting model. The design stage is used to resolve the real questions of the commission, after which the confirmed spatial and building relationships are carried into approval and construction-oriented information.

The service range at Design Plus Drafting includes Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Renovation Design, Development Application Drawings, DA Approval, Construction Documentation, and 3D Rendering. Concept design can define the project at the outset, residential architecture and renovation design refine the spatial response and its relationship to existing work, and application drawings, DA support and construction documentation translate those decisions into project-ready information.

Design Plus Drafting operates at both whole-building and room-scale levels. A commission may involve a new home or extension, a focused kitchen or bathroom alteration, or a retail fit-out, so the drawing process is adapted to the amount of existing fabric, the intended use and the approval documentation required.
