Cross Rowett Group

Cross Rowett Group was established in 2025. It is a boutique South Perth architecture and design practice focused on residential, hospitality and commercial work with services from concept through delivery.

Core project types include houses, multi-residential work, hospitality, commercial environments and projects requiring coordinated interior design. Its greater Perth location supports projects that benefit from direct communication, iterative design development and frequent coordination with clients, consultants and builders.

In workplace, commercial and hospitality settings, Cross Rowett Group focuses on how space supports real operations. Circulation, adjacencies, customer experience and technical systems are developed alongside architectural and interior character.

Depending on the commission, services can combine architectural design, residential architecture, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation and interior architecture. Cross Rowett Group continually tests function, budget and technical conditions so that design development remains grounded in an achievable building outcome. From feasibility and concept development to construction documentation, Cross Rowett Group keeps the relationships between site, programme, material and technical requirements in view. Iterative testing and consultant coordination turn those decisions into buildable architecture.
