Goods can wait in storage while other orders arrive, subject to the warehouse retention rules. Buyers select which items to combine, allowing several purchases to travel as one parcel rather than separate shipments.

The shipping estimator uses destination, item category, weight and dimensions to help buyers compare available options. Packaging and parcel composition affect the final shipment, so estimates should be checked against the packed goods. International transport is provided by third-party logistics companies and depends on route restrictions and destination requirements.

Australian customers can organise purchasing and dispatch around their own order schedules. Account issues have a dedicated support email, while questions about orders, payments and parcels can be raised through account tickets or online customer service.
