In order to cook and serve a truly authentic product you need truly authentic British equipment. Our Frying range was designed and built in Leeds, England and then loaded into a container to travel half way round the world to it's new home in Birkdale, Queensland. It was accompanied by our potato rumbler and chipper which are used to prepare and chip the fresh potatoes.
