We are a Perth mortgage brokerage based in Osborne Park, with brokers including directors Dave Phelan and Harj Dhillon, construction specialist Lizzie Barnes and other lending support colleagues. Since 2015 we have assisted Perth home buyers, investors, builders and business owners, comparing products across more than thirty lenders while keeping a named broker involved through settlement.

Our process begins with a discussion about the client's objective, timing, income and existing borrowing. We help organise financial and property information, compare potential lenders and explain the terms and costs that matter for the planned transaction. Once a direction is chosen, we support document preparation, lender questions, outstanding conditions and settlement arrangements, keeping the client informed about the next step.

Our assistance can continue after settlement if employment, family circumstances or property plans change. We can review existing arrangements and discuss the costs or limitations of refinancing. Rates, fees, eligibility and approval depend on the lender's current policy and the individual application.
