Cedar Ridge Constructions

Cedar Ridge Constructions is based in Windsor, NSW and works on new homes and custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, duplexes, and renovations and extensions.

New-home work covers the construction of a dwelling from a vacant or prepared site, with the building scope centred on the residence and the works required for completion. Custom-home projects are shaped around a specific design brief or individual space requirements, with the construction scope defined by the site, drawings and agreed works. Knockdown-rebuild work replaces an existing dwelling with a new home on the same site, using the new residential design as the basis for construction.

Duplex construction covers projects with two dwellings arranged on the same development, subject to the site, design and approval conditions.

The business is located in Windsor, NSW. Clients can use the relevant services for new construction, changes to an existing home, multi-dwelling work or project management where applicable. Final requirements are set by the individual property, approvals, design and construction scope.
