CCN Architects

CCN Architects is a Brisbane CBD architecture and planning studio providing planning, architecture and interior design across retail, multi-residential, mixed-use, heritage and commercial projects. The practice develops design solutions from the commercial objective, urban context and user experience, combining spatial planning, materials, operational requirements and technical detail. Its portfolio ranges from retail environments where customer movement and operational layout are central to broader residential and mixed-use development work. CCN has a particularly established experience in retail architecture. Its approach looks beyond appearance to customer experience, operational circulation, spatial efficiency and material selection, making it relevant to retail and commercial environments that must perform day to day. For multi-residential, mixed-use and heritage work, the practice considers the economic and urban opportunities of a site, using those constraints and opportunities as a starting point for architectural development. The studio describes a collaborative design process that identifies project opportunities early and then develops them through planning, concept design and technical resolution. Planning, architecture and interior design are offered together, which can reduce the separation between building form and internal operation for commercial clients.
