Caring for You Nursing Agency was founded in 2004 by Louise and Steve Thomson with just three nurses on the books on the Mornington Peninsula and has become a leading provider of quality and compassionate nursing care. The international award-winning Agency is a family-owned business and is Australia’s largest family-owned and female led nursing agency. As a result of steadfast growth over 20 years, we now specialise in the provision of exceptional quality personnel and customer service to all sectors of the healthcare industry. Our 9000+ member base works across Aged Care, Private and Public Hospitals, Community Nursing, and Home Care services, across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland. Steve is enormously proud of our team, as Bec Thomson CEO now leads us into this 20th year of operations and into the next decade and beyond.
