Austek Roads was established in 2010 by Peter Ozoux and Colin Price and initially operated as an Asphalt bobcat service in the North ern suburbs of Brisbane . Austek Roads quickly grew and by 2012 ha d evolved beyond plant hire into a comprehensive asphalt provider . Over the years, Austek has undergone significant growth in the South East Q ueensland region and today operates with over 100 employees, and an ever growing fleet of p lant and equipment. In 2023, Austek was acquired by Maas Group Holdings, an ASX listed , di versified construction materials, equipment and services provider – unlocking further growth and opportunity for the business .
