Calleo

Calleo is a Canberra-based recruitment and resourcing firm supporting government and business clients with permanent, contract and executive hiring plus scribing and assessment. Calleo supports government and commercial clients across permanent recruitment, contract staffing and executive search, with different delivery models for a single vacancy, project team or structured recruitment campaign. The team works from a clear role brief and talent market, then progresses through sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination and recommendation. Government and other process-intensive selection exercises can also incorporate scribing, assessment testing and campaign support, giving clients more complete execution and documentation. Canberra is a core operating location, while a Melbourne presence broadens delivery capability for employers running recruitment across more than one market. Calleo can support formal selection exercises, larger campaigns and recruitment programs that involve multiple stakeholders or defined assessment steps. Its work across Executive Search, Recruiting, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition can connect sourcing, candidate communication, interview support and documentation into one coordinated process. Additional support can draw on Workforce Planning, Scribing, and Assessment Testing where those capabilities fit the assignment.
