BLD Homes

BLD Homes focuses on custom homes, new residential builds and knockdown-rebuild projects in Canberra, with work extending to Queanbeyan, Googong, Bungendore and other nearby NSW areas. Its project mix covers tailored homes, established-site rebuilds and managed residential construction.

The core service mix includes Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Knockdown Rebuild, Construction Project Management, Home Design Coordination. Scope is shaped around the site, the existing building where relevant, the intended use and the client brief. New-build work covers complete delivery, while renovation, extension and rebuild projects respond to the conditions of an established property.

Projects typically begin with discussion of the site, budget, spatial requirements and design direction before moving into design coordination, quoting and construction. The business also works with clients rebuilding on established blocks. Early stages establish the brief, site constraints, budget direction and design information. Construction then moves through trade coordination, material scheduling, site management and completion, with the level of design input adjusted to the type and complexity of the project.

The business primarily serves ACT and NSW. Its main contact point is Unit 22, 63-65 Wollongong Street, Fyshwick, ACT 2609. Projects are organised around practical building delivery, with design coordination and construction management used where the scope requires an integrated process.
