Black Willow Group

Black Willow Group is based in Brookvale, NSW and works on new homes and custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, and renovations and extensions.

New-home work covers the construction of a dwelling from a vacant or prepared site, with the building scope centred on the residence and the works required for completion. Custom-home projects are shaped around a specific design brief or individual space requirements, with the construction scope defined by the site, drawings and agreed works.

Home-extension work adds usable space to an existing dwelling and can include new rooms, additional levels or other spaces connected to the original home. Knockdown-rebuild work replaces an existing dwelling with a new home on the same site, using the new residential design as the basis for construction.

The business is located in Brookvale, NSW. Clients can use the relevant services for new construction, changes to an existing home, multi-dwelling work or project management where applicable. Final requirements are set by the individual property, approvals, design and construction scope.
