Be Local Property Management

Be Local Property Management is based in Macgregor, Brisbane, and manages short-term stays and long-term rentals across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney. We work with homeowners and investors on property presentation, furnishing, listing preparation and the practical running of rental accommodation.

For Airbnb and other short stays, we coordinate listing photographs, bookings, calendars, pricing, guest messages, check-ins, cleaning and restocking. We also arrange property upkeep and communicate with relevant suppliers so that homes are prepared between guest visits and owners have support with everyday operations.

For long-term rentals, we undertake tenant screening, lease preparation and renewals, rent collection, routine inspections and maintenance coordination. We handle move-in and move-out arrangements and provide owner updates.
