BC Davis Constructions

BC Davis Constructions is a family-run residential builder serving Brisbane and Ipswich, with its work deliberately concentrated on custom homes, renovations and extensions. The company selects a limited number of projects each year so that the core team can remain involved. Its portfolio includes Highside Jacaranda in Annerley, Liora Pool House in Ashgrove and Modernstone in Fig Tree Pocket, each shaped by a different existing property and design brief.

Highside Jacaranda began with a 1930s residence and combined retained historic fabric with a contemporary two-storey extension. The project also had to account for a sloping site, restricted access and an established jacaranda tree. That type of work illustrates how the builder approaches renovation and extension projects where the new construction must sit convincingly beside the original home. Custom-home work starts from an individual site and design, while the quoting process aims to itemise the construction scope so owners can understand the main components before work begins.
