AVG Valuers

Established in 1993 as an independent provider of valuation and consultancy services in Sydney. In 1993 Ron Gedeon established RPG Valuers in Burwood, NSW. His desire was to bring a superior level of customer service to his clients that he had garnered as a youth working in his parents business in the early 1970’s. It was this strong work ethic and the desire to serve that led to the founding success of what is now the AVG Valuers Group as a leading provider of independent valuation and consultancy services. In 1995 the business moved into offices in North Sydney and quickly grew into one of the largest suppliers of valuations to the lending industry in Australia. By 2004 the company was conducting thousands of valuations for every major lender in Australia.
