Before lodging an item, customers can check destination guides, postage and delivery-time estimates, size and weight limits, prohibited or restricted goods, and service updates. International Express and Standard labels can be paid for and printed through a free MyPost account, or parcels can be lodged at a Post Office. International Courier is available only for selected destinations and at participating Post Offices; International Economy parcels must be lodged over the counter.
