Australian United Lawyers

Australian United Lawyers is a Sydney legal practice whose advertised work covers immigration law together with selected property, business and family matters. Immigration concerns often intersect with a client's employment, study, commercial or personal arrangements.

For a person considering a skilled or employment-based route, advice may involve examining occupational background, evidence of work and the structure of any employer nomination. Family-related applications involve different considerations, such as the applicable relationship requirements and the documentation supporting them.

A visa refusal or cancellation creates another kind of legal problem. Clients need to understand the relevant decision, deadlines and available review options before deciding how to proceed. The firm's advertising has included appeal and review work, together with difficult immigration cases. Such matters require careful attention to the facts and the law; no claim of universal approval or success should be inferred from historical marketing.

Alongside migration matters, Australian United Lawyers has promoted services connected with real estate transactions, commercial dealings and family law. These subjects can affect someone establishing a home or business in Australia. A client may need separate advice on a property purchase, company structure or family financial arrangement as well as their immigration position.
