Archisoul Architects

From its Balgowlah base, Archisoul Architects works on new luxury homes, heritage renovations, Class 2 apartment renovations, commercial buildings, community spaces, cafes and retail fit-outs. Concept work and technical documentation are treated as connected parts of the same commission, giving each project a clear line from initial planning through to later drawing stages.

Services at Archisoul Architects comprise Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Commercial Architecture, Sustainable Architecture, Renovation Design, Development Design, DA Approval, and Construction Documentation. Not every commission uses every item in the same way: alterations may rely more heavily on renovation design and existing conditions, while redevelopment or new-build work can place greater emphasis on development design and approval documentation.

Archisoul Architects works across a broad mix of new-build and existing-building contexts. Heritage renovations and Class 2 apartment work require careful engagement with existing fabric and constraints, while commercial, community and residential commissions call for different combinations of spatial planning, development design and documentation.
