Aotong Logistics

Aotong Logistics provides China–Australia freight enquiries for Chinese-speaking customers in Melbourne, with international air cargo as an important service focus. Enquiries involve personal parcels, household purchases and small commercial consignments moving from Chinese sending locations to Australian recipients.

Air shipping is organised around the packed weight, number of cartons and final delivery address. Household articles, personal possessions and merchandise intended for sale may have different documentation requirements. A clear description of the goods allows the appropriate carriage arrangement to be discussed for the actual shipment.

Cross-border handling connects handover in China with international carriage, customs-related procedures and receipt in Australia. Batteries, liquids and other potentially restricted items require separate assessment from ordinary parcels. Larger pieces also bring additional questions concerning package measurements and unloading after arrival.

Australian receiving locations range from private homes to apartments and commercial premises, each with its own practical delivery conditions. Aotong's Melbourne-oriented freight service supports customers arranging international air shipments and the onward movement of goods to a designated receiver in Australia.
