Established by Tony and Lee Bruckard in 1988, we are a family-owned business whose name was taken from the first letter of our family members’ names; Anthony (Tony), Lee, Tracey, Amanda and Chris. Tony’s experience and contacts within commercial and residential air conditioning resulted in Penrith Panthers, Nepean Rowing Club, Raine and Horne St Marys and Merrylands RSL Club becoming some of Altac Air’s first customers. In 1993 Chris finished high school and went to work in the family business. For the next 4 years, he worked with his father and completed his Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprenticeship, gaining experience in a wide variety of residential and commercial installation and repair jobs. During this time we have expanded, with Tony and Lee’s daughter Amanda also joining the business.
