Alps Constructions

Alps Constructions is a family-owned Brisbane building company established in 2008 by Paul and Kristie, backed by more than two decades of industry experience. Its core work covers custom homes, new builds, renovations, additions and extensions, plus house raising and build-under projects. The company also undertakes selected commercial and specialist construction work, supporting both clients building from the ground up and those adapting an existing property.

Renovation work can include kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and whole-home upgrades, while extensions can add rooms or enlarge living areas. For Queensland homes needing more space, the service scope includes house raising and building underneath. Custom homes are developed around the site, client requirements and design intent rather than a standard product. Alps Constructions also lists building inspections, weather screens and pool inspections among its capabilities.

The team can support projects from planning through drafting, engineering, approvals, certification, procurement and construction. Once the scope and site conditions are understood, the business coordinates consultants and trades, then manages sequencing and quality during the build. This gives clients one main team across stages that might otherwise require separate coordination. Alps Constructions emphasises direct communication and workmanship, serving residential customers across Brisbane while also taking on selected commercial work.
