Duplex construction covers projects with two dwellings arranged on the same development, subject to the site, design and approval conditions.

Granny-flat construction covers secondary residential space on a property, with the build defined by site conditions, design and approvals.

The business is located in Bringelly, NSW. Clients can use the relevant services for new construction, changes to an existing home, multi-dwelling work or project management where applicable. Final requirements are set by the individual property, approvals, design and construction scope.
