Action Plans

Based in Manly, Action Plans focuses on new homes, duplexes, renovations, additions and residential projects requiring DA, CDC and detailed drafting. As a residential building design and drafting studio, it develops the building idea and the drawing package together so that early design decisions can continue into approval and technical stages without losing their original intent.

Action Plans provides Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Renovation Design, Development Application Drawings, DA Approval, Construction Documentation, and 3D Rendering. Early services are used to test and shape the architectural response, intermediate residential design work develops the selected scheme, and approval or construction documentation gives that scheme the level of precision needed for the next project stage.

Action Plans is centred on the point where a residential idea becomes an approval-ready drawing package. New homes, duplexes and additions each create different site and documentation questions, so the work is developed with the relevant DA or CDC pathway in mind from the early design stages.
