AE Design & Construction

AE Design & Construction is a Canberra-based design and building company working across custom residential and commercial projects in the ACT and NSW. Its service mix includes commercial fitouts, home renovations, custom design, project management, interior design and specialist surface finishes. The business operates from Whitlam and combines design and construction so projects can move from planning into site delivery with one coordinated team.

Commercial work is a major part of AE’s portfolio. Published projects include medical, psychology and wellness fitouts, where consulting rooms, reception areas and other functional spaces are created within existing premises. The company can provide fitout design and construction together, construction from an existing design, or design services for clients using another builder.

Residential work includes renovations and custom residential design and construction. Project examples show bathroom and ensuite upgrades using detailed material selections and bespoke finishes. AE also offers interior design and specialty surfaces such as X-Bond microcement and quartz carpet.

The company presents 25 years of industry experience and six Master Builders awards. Its project management capability supports coordination from design and quotation through construction and completion, making it suitable for clients seeking an integrated design-and-build process.
