We are EBM CoverLink, an insurance team based in West Perth, Western Australia. We work with households, musicians, tradespeople and motorists and take time to understand their business, assets and obligations. Our focus is musical instruments, home, motor and trades cover, and we start with real activities rather than a generic insurance package.

Two organisations in the same industry can face different risks. Matters involving instrument damage, household incidents, vehicle loss and trade work depend on the contracts, sites and people involved. We discuss these circumstances with clients before considering the types of protection that may be relevant to their operations.

Our insurance services include Home Insurance, Car Insurance, Business Insurance, Claims Assistance. Each class of cover has its own scope, limits, conditions and exclusions. We explain how the relevant products relate to a client's needs and why the detail of policy wording deserves careful attention.

When an incident occurs, clients may need to explain events, provide documents and contact an insurer. Within our broking role, we help clients understand the claims process and prepare relevant information. Coverage decisions and any payments remain subject to the insurer's assessment and policy terms.
