Lanai Homes Pty Ltd. trading as 'Visual Constructions' was formed in 2007 by local Mackay builder, Ian Bean, to offer a high quality building company to service the local Mackay and surrounding areas. Visual Constructions caters to all aspects of the building industry from construction of new home, contract and renovations. Building small to medium commercial developments, design and construct, project management of building developments and investment developments. Visual Constructions is strongly committed to delivering excellence to its clients in its building and renovation development businesses. Though relatively young in development, Visual Constructions, through the experience and skill of our highly trained team, consistently strives to deliver each project in a competitive and cost effective manner: on time, within budget and with an emphasis on quality, environmental initiatives and the safety of our workers and all stakeholders.
