About Us Schaffert & Elliott Pty Ltd commenced trading in 1988 however we have been working on heating and cooling systems, refrigeration and boilers for over 40 years. We have worked across the city of Melbourne in most, if not all, of the older buildings and a great number of the new. We are specialist on gas type B appliances, systems and ESV compliance.
