We are a statutory authority set up under the Return to Work Corporation of South Australia Act 1994 to administer the Return to Work Act 2014 . We have a Board of Directors appointed by the Governor of South Australia, and are subject to the direction of the Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, the Hon Kyam Maher MLC.
