About John Dethridge Strata Services

For over 25 years, John and Julie Dethridge operated John Dethridge & Co (est. 1979) , specialising in all aspects of real estate including sales, leasing, strata management and real estate development within the Greater Fremantle area. In 2004, recognising the opportunities and potential within the strata industry, they decided to focus exclusively on strata management and founded John Dethridge Strata Services. We began managing our first strata scheme in 1988, and are proud that we continue to manage that same property to this day.
