With a rapidly expanding property sector and constant changes to legislation, Castle Real Estate aims to simplify the Body Corporate Management processes and to make it transparent for all parties concerned. Castle Real Estate attends additional meetings with owners and committee members, outside of the Annual General Meetings, to ensure planned works are being completed as requested and in a timely manner, with as little disruption to the residents/occupiers as achievable.
