In 1986 , Igor turned his dream into reality, converting his home garage into a small chocolate kitchen. What began as a modest operation has grown into a fully functioning chocolate factory , complete with a café, chocolate museum, retail shop , and function and events space nestled in the heart of Latrobe, Tasmania.
